The Board of Directors determines the foundation’s strategic direction aims and priorities.The directors ensure that projects reflect community needs and funds raised are distributed and invested effectively and appropriately.Directors are drawn from the nine members Rotary Clubs with representation from the wider Boroondara community.They provide their time and expertise free of charge and bring a wide range of skills and expertise to further the development of the Foundation.
